A report from Lincoln Brewer at Tube & Pipe Journal tells how welders at the Serbian company KM Mont are using weld cells to do the welds robots can do, freeing the human welders up to focus their attention on the welds only they can do.
A couple of reports are out with details on cyber attacks on manufacturers' operational technology and industrial control systems. One report is from Dragos and the other from Nozomi Networks. Dragos's data shows that "70 percent of all alleged ransomware attacks impacted the manufacturing sector (177 incidents total)."
