 Collins Aerospace has expanded its facility in Des Moines.

The prolific Anna Ribeiro a review of cybersecurity regulations for industrial control systems. Also, Armis has a report on which devices in industry pose the greatest risk: engineering workstations, SCADA servers, automation servers, "historians" (we used to call them loggers), and PLCs.

There is a report out on United Kingdom manufacturing exports, purporting to show that these manufacturers are more and more looking elsewhere than the EU for customers.

Although it's a bit short on detail an article on robotic welding in the telecommuncations industry says that the robots are increasing the efficiency with which maintenance tasks are done and driving innovation.
