See this customer pic of the CUBE 40 in a heavy slag environment - it replaced a 40mm plastic cube sensor that was failing at regular intervals. This combination worked:
- Weld Dynamix CUBE 40 mount with 30mm sensor
- SUPERGRADE Cable with ACTIVFLEX installed
Of particular note is the long sensing distance - it looks like the customer has our non-shielded 40mm range sensor installed.
The CUBE 40 is collecting slag by gravity. The SUPERGRADE cable is doing its job. Edges are easily picked up with all Weld Dynamix sensors.
